The Adair South Weber home is officially complete! The new homeowners are all moved in and settling into their beautiful new space. We're grateful to have been part of their journey and will continue to support them through our warranty program in the coming years.

This custom home is nearing the finish line. Final inspection, deep cleaning, and closing are all that remain before this family can enjoy their new home. We can’t wait for them to step into the space they’ve envisioned—it’s almost time!

The Wellsville build is well underway and just past the halfway point. Coming up next: interior finish work like shelving and trim, followed by paint, cabinetry, flooring, and countertops. This family has been a dream to work with, and we’re excited to bring their home to life, one step at a time.
